No. If applied correctly eyelash extensions will not ruin your natural lashes. However, a bad lash job can absolutely damage your natural lashes and cause them to fall out and become too weak for lash extensions. If a lash artist uses too much glue, then the natural lashes can become glued together. Using too thick of an extension, or too long of an extension can also cause lash damage. If the lash technician is trained properly they will know what is/isn't healthy for your lashes, & make sure that the appropriate length/diameter is applied.
We wouldn't recommend wearing contact lenses. There can be a possibility of the contact adhering to eyelid. If you choose to come in wearing contacts, CRUBEAUTY is not responsible for any damage, or liable for anything that might occur, again we suggest against this. We recommend wearing glasses to come in so we can distinguish the length of extensions to get.
After a couple hours your lashes need to be washed. It’s recommended to wash them daily. It’s a myth when they say eyelash extensions will last longer if you don’t get them wet. Even if you don’t wear makeup your natural oils and buildup will cause them to fall out. After care cards and instructions are given to avoid issues. Any steam should be avoided, any crying, working out, touching, rubbing, etc. WILL cause your lashes not to last. Please be aware.
Never use mascara on your lash extensions! You can use mascara (use a extension safe one), on the bottom lashes, after using any eye makeup, please make sure to thoroughly cleanse any left over makeup, and use CRUBEAUTY Foaming cleanser.
During the chemo process no. Before the chemo process you can after answering some health questions, after the process you can depending on your lash health.
It is safe to wash your lashes the same day, at night.
Please come with clean eyes, and clean lashes. We will take a look at your lashes under a bright light, which will show everything. We can tell if someone hasn't washed their lashes prior to the appointment. Washing your lashes prior to your appointment makes the appointment time go down, & it provides us more time for lash time.
