Meet Cristina Rusu!

CRUBEAUTY Was founded on the ideals of bringing up women and truly making them feel like the best version of themselves. We really cater to all needs in the beauty industry, from glam makeup, soft glam, photo shoots, maternity shoots, senior shoots, bridal, to lash extensions. Our customers always feel confident in hiring us because of our knowledge of the beauty industry whether it be makeup products, or the newest beauty trends! We have you covered!

Cristina was born in Romania, and moved to Portland when she was 3 years old with her immediate family. Her interest has always been in beauty world; she started her career in makeup, & opened up her own business in 2017. In 2018, Cristina attended Spectrum Advanced Aesthetics in Tigard, Oregon; & received her Esthetics training. During her time at Spectrum she had the opportunity to learn lash extensions through a certification course! 

This first opened up the world of lashes to Cristina, and she's been addicted ever since! She has been certified in volume technique by Borboleta Beauty, Revolashion, & Mega volume by Lash Anarchist & Lash Baby. Cristina believes in continued education, and takes at least 1-2 classes per year to keep up to par with all of the new trends, new technologies, & education coming out! 

Through her lash journey, Cristina felt the need to focus on healthy lash extensions, & creating an experience that is truly unique to each individual. With all of the unhealthy, & bad reputation the lash industry gets, she wanted to make a change; she set goals in place + took the time to focus on her craft and education in order to provide the community with better experiences.

During your service, Cristina takes the dedicated time to really consult you about your goals, the look you are trying to achieve,  and creates a customized lash map based on your specific needs + wants, while also keeping your lash health in check.
